Questions we get every week
Do you charge anything to start?
No. Valuations, property checks and document reviews are free. Our brokerage is 2% of the property value up to ₹1 crore and 1% above that, payable only after registration.
Can you manage my property while I'm abroad?
Yes — this is a large part of our work. We handle tenants, rent collection, bills and maintenance, and send you a monthly report with photos and video. The fee is 10% of the rent we collect, plus GST.
How do I receive rent if I live outside India?
Rent is transferred to your NRO account after the applicable TDS. We share statements and receipts every month; your CA can reconcile them at year end.
Do you handle registration and documents?
We coordinate the entire process — verification, drafting with your lawyer, the sub-registrar appointment and handover.
